1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Plasmaplex services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Plasmaplex provides lead generation and social media advertising services to businesses. Our services include:

• Qualified lead generation based on client-defined criteria
• Social media advertising campaign management
• Multi-channel marketing and advertising solutions
• Lead qualification and verification services
• Analytics and reporting on campaign performance

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with the following structure:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Advertising: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Solutions: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet your predefined criteria. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualifications or contains invalid contact information, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a full refund for that lead.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete lead criteria
• Timely payment of invoices
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of provided leads
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. All lead information is obtained through legitimate means and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Clients must use provided leads in accordance with all applicable privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plasmaplex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
